We are specialists in the processing of residence permits for investors (“Golden Visa”) and since the adoption of Law 14/2013, on support to entrepreneurs and their internationalisation, the law firm has handled numerous residence permit applications.

As a multidisciplinary law firm, at Hervás Abogados we provide a comprehensive consultancy service to our clients and assist same throughout the entire process, from the incorporation of a company in Spain, to the purchase of property or investment in investment funds, bank deposits or other financial investments which entitle same to apply for a residence permit as an investor.

We likewise advise foreign clients from a tax-efficient perspective in order to optimise his/her taxation during his/her tax residence in Spain, handling applications as regards the special tax regime applicable to workers, professionals, entrepreneurs and investors who have moved to Spain regulated in Art. 93 of the Personal Income Tax Law (commonly known as the “Expatriate Regime” or “Beckham Law”).
